Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the QovaFit mobile application and related services (“QovaFit”, “Service”). By creating an account or using QovaFit, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

QovaFit offers fitness and wellness tools, including exercise content, meal planning ideas, progress tracking, challenges, reminders, notifications, and community features. Features may change or be discontinued. We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must meet any minimum age required in your jurisdiction to enter into these Terms.

QovaFit is for general fitness and wellness information only. It is not a medical device and does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified health professional before starting any program, especially if you have medical conditions. Use content at your own risk.

You retain ownership of content you submit (for example community posts). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate QovaFit. You must not misuse the Service: no unlawful, harassing, infringing, or harmful activity; no attempts to disrupt security or other users’ experience. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Challenges and social features may involve other users. You are responsible for your interactions. We are not liable for other users’ conduct or content. Participation is voluntary.

QovaFit, its branding, and original content are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as allowed by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Service.

The Service may reference or link to third-party sites or content. We are not responsible for third-party services or materials.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QovaFit and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (if any) or fifty (50) currency units, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QovaFit and its operators from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

You may stop using QovaFit at any time. You may request deletion of your account in the app; we schedule removal after a 30-day grace period and sign you out. Signing in again before that period ends cancels the scheduled deletion and keeps your account, as described in our Privacy Policy. After that period, your account and associated data are removed as described there. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or legal requirements.

These Terms are governed by applicable law in your primary place of residence or the jurisdiction where the Service provider is established, as required by mandatory consumer protections in your country. Courts or tribunals with competent jurisdiction will resolve disputes, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms. We will provide notice in the app or by email where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where your consent is required by law.
